RETURN POLICY
At Nova Wax, your satisfaction is our top priority—but we understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t work out. We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase or order confirmation.
We’ll provide a pre-paid return label for your convenience. Once the returned item is received and confirmed to be in resellable condition, we’ll process your refund minus the cost of the return shipping label.

Opened or used items will not be eligible for return or refund and will not be sent back to the customer.
