RETURN POLICY

At Nova Wax, your satisfaction is our top priority—but we understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t work out. We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase or order confirmation.

We’ll provide a pre-paid return label for your convenience. Once the returned item is received and confirmed to be in resellable condition, we’ll process your refund minus the cost of the return shipping label.


Additional Terms:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all return items are sent back in unused, unopened, and original condition unless otherwise stated.

  • Opened or used items will not be eligible for return or refund and will not be sent back to the customer.

  • All kits and bundles must be returned in full—we do not accept partial returns for these items due to inventory purposes.

  • Wholesale orders are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason.

  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from novawaxpro.com. If purchased elsewhere (e.g., Amazon), please contact the original retailer.

  • Our products are intended for licensed professionals and students. If you are not a student or licensed professional, we will not accept returns related to product performance or preferences.
