NovaPRO provides an optional shipping protection service for the customer's convenience. This service is automatically added to the cart upon checkout. Customers have the choice to remove this optional protection if they do not wish to pay for additional coverage.

NovaPRO will, to the best of its ability, assist customers in tracking and locating packages, but the ultimate responsibility for the shipment lies with the carrier.
